They may be creepy and kooky, they may be mysterious and spooky, but the Rocky Point High School production of “The Addams Family” is a fun and comical stage show featuring a talented cast of characters.
With junior Sebastian Garske and seniors Elyse Nadeau and Renee Ortiz leading the cast as Gomez, Morticia and Wednesday, respectively, the show features dozens of other seasoned and up-and-coming students on stage and behind the scenes taking part in another of Rocky Point’s Broadway-worthy productions.
Directed by Jessica Spitz with choreography by Jaimie Mancini, the show tests the quirky, eccentric Addams Family’s unique values, highlights their annual ritual of summoning their ancestors from the dead and features a dinner party hosted for dark, macabre Wednesday and her “normal” boyfriend and his family.
