Rocky Point High School rising senior Frankie Anzaldi recently competed in the Move United Junior Nationals in Colorado. Frankie competed and won nine gold medals and one bronze medal in track and field events. In addition, he set six national records at the week-long competition for young athletes with a physical disability and/or visual impairment through the age of 22.
An affiliate of the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, Move United encourages involvement in athletic events to push what's possible so everyone, regardless of ability, has equal access to sports and recreation in their community.
