Under New York State Public Health Law, all children must be properly immunized prior to entry into school. Please click on the Immunization Requirements for School Entrance/Attendance document to review the required doses of each vaccine. *Please note that immunizations may be waived in specific cases of medical contraindication with proper documentation from the child's Health Care Provider.
