Teachers Take the Stage to Promote Positive Behavior

Teachers at Rocky Point Middle School recently took center stage for a PBIS assembly designed to show students what positive behavior looks like in a variety of school settings.
Through a series of entertaining skits, teachers acted out real-life scenarios to demonstrate appropriate behavior in different locations, including the classroom, hallways and cafeteria. The performances earned plenty of laughs from the middle school audience while delivering an important message about making positive choices and showing respect throughout the school day.
The assembly also highlighted the school’s Pride Cards, which students can earn through positive behavior and collect to redeem for rewards. By demonstrating what positive behavior looks like in everyday situations, teachers helped students better understand how they can earn Pride Cards and contribute to a positive school environment.
