Rocky Point’s newest students got a special introduction to Frank J. Carasiti Elementary School during kindergarten orientation on Aug. 24. Incoming kindergarteners visited their classrooms, brought in their school supplies and began getting familiar with their new school.

For many students, the day also included their very first school bus ride! Students enjoyed activities and entertainment organized by the PTA, met new friends on the playground and had plenty of opportunities to explore and have fun.

It was a wonderful first step toward an exciting new school year. We look forward to welcoming these future Eagles back to school!
