The Rocky Point community was filled
with Eagle Pride as students, parents, faculty and community members
filled the bleachers to cheer for the Rocky Point football team to its
victory over Amityville on Sept. 21. A pre-game parade that began at
Frank J. Carasiti Elementary School served as the kickoff to the day’s
activities which also offered food, drinks, face painting and other fun
games. The annual event also welcomed alumni who marched along in the
parade and showcased the award-winning cheerleading teams and celebrated
marching band.
