March 10, 2021
Dear AP Students and Parents/Guardians,
Below please find the revised AP Exam schedule for the administration of 2021 AP exams. We will be administering all AP exams in the digital version with the exception of AP Spanish, AP Statistics, AP Literature, AP Chemistry, and AP Environmental Science. It is important to note the adjusted or new testing dates and times.
• Students will have the option of taking the digital exam either at home or in the high school building testing location. All students must wear masks while in the testing location. Students who choose to take the exam at home will be given an excused student absence that will not be held against their attendance record.
• All AP Spanish, AP Statistics, AP Literature, AP Chemistry, and AP Environmental Science exams will be given in person at school. No digital exams will be offered for these subjects.
Using the link below, please access the Google Form using your student RPHS Google account to let us know if you will be taking the exams in the high school building or from home in June. It is extremely important we have this information by March 26, 2021.

In April, students should access the exam application and digital exam practice resources, through College Board. This will allow students to practice answering exam questions, including each type of multiple-choice and free-response question they will encounter on exam day.
If you have a conflict with more than one exam being administered at the same time and/or have questions regarding the administration of these exams, please email us directly for clarification.
As a reminder, College Board has waived the cancellation fee this year. Should you choose to cancel an exam, you will receive a full refund. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
Melinda Brooks and Aaron Factor
