The past several months has been a busy time for all and our districtwide librarians have sought out new ways to offer the same instructional support they provide in the library. JAE’s librarian Mrs. Monica DiGiovanni is pushing into classrooms, having students log into their Chromebooks and teaching them how to check out library books with the new eBook platforms Sora and Follett Destiny Discover. Sora is an eBook platform that enables students to borrow a book and read it right on their Chromebook. Destiny Discover enables students to find a physical book in the library and have it delivered directly to them.
