The Rocky Point School District is readying for a successful start to the 2020-21 academic year for our students. In support of the district’s hybrid instructional model, students in grades 6-12 were issued individual Chromebooks for use at home for remote learning and while in school. Families picked up the 1,700 school-issued laptops this week. As the district moves to a 1:1 technology model, access to technology is essential for every student to have the requisite materials when needed, both in the school buildings and while at home.
