Dear Parents/Guardians of Students in Grade 6-12
This is a friendly reminder that Chromebook distribution 6-12 will be held the week of August 17 as per the attached letter.
If you have a printer and can print the Chromebook Agreement and have it completed prior to arriving (we will fill in the serial #), this will certainly help streamline the pickup up process. If you cannot print, it is not a problem. We will have copies available for you to fill out when you arrive.
Also, note that the front loop of the HS parking lot nearest the building is in the process of being paved. Please use the loop closest to the road to travel safely in and out of the HS/MS parking lots.

Dear Parents/Guardians of Students in Grades 6-12:
We hope this letter finds you and your families enjoying the summer recess. During the week of August 17, the District will be distributing Chromebooks to all students in grades 6-12. This 1:1 initiative will support the Middle School and High School hybrid instructional model that was detailed in the District’s Reopening Plan.
To maintain social distancing and ensure everyone’s safety, pick up will be at the Middle School (6-8) in the front loop and the HS (9-12) around back by the gym entrance between the hours of 9 AM and 1 PM. We ask that you stay in your car until you reach the distribution point. Masks must be worn at all times if exiting the car and social distancing cannot be maintained. Please bring a Photo ID. Devices will only be given to the parent/guardian on record in eSchool. If you have multiple students in each school you can pick up all devices when you come for the specific building pickup. (For example, if you have students in grades 6 and 8, you can pick up both at the same time at the MS. If you have students in grades 6 and 10, you can come on the same day and just stop by both pickup locations if that is more convenient.)
High School Distribution: Back by Gym Entrance
Time: Between 9 AM and 1 PM
• Monday, August 17--Grade 9
• Tuesday, August 18--Grade10
• Wednesday, August 19—Grade 11
• Thursday, August 20—Grade 12 and make up day for all grades
Middle School Distribution: Front of the MS
Time: Between 9 AM and 1 PM
• Monday, August 17--Grade 6
• Tuesday, August 18—Grade 7
• Wednesday, August 19—Grade 8
• Thursday, August 20—Make up day for all grades
