Rocky Point High School inducted 84 11th- and 12th-grade students into its National Honor Society chapter on April 20.

During the event, Melinda Brooks, the district’s instructional coordinator, congratulated the students before current members spoke about the society’s founding pillars of leadership, character, service and scholarship.

With the assistance of advisor Jessica Schnall, the new members were then formally inducted into the chapter and collectively recited the honor society’s pledge under the leadership of National Honor Society President Matthew Brewer.
